NDIS $183.99 per hour
*NDIS Self-managed clients are charged at the private rate.
Rebates may be available through private health insurance or a Chronic Disease Management Plan. NDIS clients (Plan or Self-managed) are warmly welcome.

How Telehealth Works
Cancellation & Payment Policy
To secure your booking, a $50 deposit is required for private and self-managed NDIS clients at time of booking.
As per NDIS guidelines, self-managed clients are charged at the private rate.
The full consultation fee may be applied if you fail to attend your appointment or provide less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
This is in line with NDIS guidelines.
This policy ensures we can offer available appointments to families on our waitlist and maintain timely access to essential care for all children.
