First Five Paediatric Physiotherapy was established to bridge this distance. Founded by Lisa Blackburn, we provide expert online physiotherapy tailored specifically for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Through Telehealth, families can access professional guidance from the comfort of home, no matter where they live.

Lisa Blackburn is a dedicated APA Paediatric Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience across the public and private health sectors. Having grown up and worked in rural communities, she knows firsthand the unique challenges families face when trying to access specialist care. Lisa believes that a child’s location should never be a barrier to essential early developmental support.
At the heart of Lisa’s practice is a passion for helping babies and young children build strong movement foundations. By integrating therapy into play and everyday family activities, she provides practical, evidence-informed strategies that make a meaningful difference to a child's development.
Lisa works closely with families, offering personalized guidance that empowers parents to feel confident in supporting their child’s milestones.
